Terms & Conditions

Booking and Confirmation

  1. Bookings are confirmed only once we recived advance for photoshoot.

  2. All bookings are subject to availability. Any changes to the booking date or time must be requested at least [48 hours] in advance. Changes are not guaranteed and may incur additional fees.

Appointments

  1. Appointments for pre-shoot consultations, styling, and final review sessions must be scheduled in advance.

  2. Clients are encouraged to attend appointments punctually. A delay of more than [15 minutes] without prior notice may result in rescheduling or additional fees.

  3. Cancellations or rescheduling of appointments should be communicated at least [24 hours] in advance to avoid fees.

Timeline and Delivery

  1. Flying Star Production will provide an estimated turnaround time (TAT) for each project based on its scope.

  2. The timeline will begin once all necessary products and details (including creative direction and brief) are received by Flying Star Production.

  3. Timely delivery of the completed work is a priority; however, any delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated immediately.

File Delivery

  1. All final images will be delivered in high-resolution in JPEG format unless otherwise agreed upon in the contract.

  2. Clients may request additional formats or sizes at the time of booking. Additional format requests after project completion may incur extra fees.

  3. Final files will be delivered via a secure online link for download. This link will remain active for 3 days from the date of delivery. Any additional requests for file access after this period may incur storage fees.

Location Shoots

  1. Location shoots outside of Flying Star Production's studio must be arranged in advance, with specific details regarding location, timing, and any necessary permits.

  2. Any location fees, permits, or special insurance required for the shoot are the client’s responsibility unless otherwise specified.

  3. Additional travel costs may apply for shoots outside of the Delhi/NCR region and will be agreed upon during the booking stage.

Payment Terms

  1. A deposit of 50% of the estimated project cost is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of the final images.

  2. If estimated project cost in less then or equal to 2000/- then advance should be 100% .

  3. Payment can be made via UPI, NEFT, IMPS, CASH and must be cleared within 03 days from the invoice date to avoid any late fees.

  4. Late payments may incur interest charges at a rate of 2% per month on any outstanding balance.

Product Storage and Handling

  1. All products provided for photography must be properly labeled and accompanied by an inventory list.

  2. Flying Star Production will store products securely; however, no liability is accepted for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged while on the premises, except in cases of gross negligence.

  3. Products not collected within 30 days of project completion will incur a storage fee. Items left unclaimed beyond 90 days may be disposed of or donated without notice.

Courier and Logistics

  1. Clients are responsible for the cost and arrangement of shipping products to and from Flying Star Production's studio unless otherwise agreed.

  2. Flying Star Production can coordinate courier services upon request, with fees added to the final invoice.

  3. All shipped products should be insured at the client's discretion, as Flying Star Production assumes no liability for items damaged in transit.

Image Rights and Usage

  1. All images produced by Flying Star Production remain the property of the company until full payment is received.

  2. Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives a license to use the images solely for the purposes specified in the agreement (e.g., e-commerce, advertising).

  3. Any other usage must be approved in writing and may incur additional fees.

Revisions and Edits

  1. The project includes up to 01 number of minor revisions as part of the agreed-upon fee. Additional revisions will be billed as per changes and requirement.

  2. Requests for revisions should be made within 6-7 days of receiving the draft images. Requests made beyond this period may not be accommodated.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

  1. Cancellations made at least 3 days before the scheduled shoot will receive a full refund of any deposit paid.

  2. Cancellations within 1 days of the scheduled shoot will forfeit the deposit and may incur additional fees.

  3. Rescheduling is permitted once at no charge if requested [48 hours] in advance. Subsequent changes may incur additional fees.

Liability and Indemnity

  1. Flying Star Production is not liable for any loss of revenue or profit due to delayed or defective deliverables, except in cases of gross negligence.

  2. The client agrees to indemnify Flying Star Production against any claims, damages, or losses arising from the use of the images outside of the agreed-upon usage.

Miscellaneous

  1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Delhi.

  2. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through mediation first, and, if necessary, through the courts of Delhi.

  3. These terms may be updated periodically and will apply to all future services unless otherwise specified.
